Majorca actually has twenty eight beaches that been awarded the internationally recognised Blue Flag for quality and cleanliness.

For those who wish to do more than relax and get a good tan there are plenty of activities on offer in Majorca's resorts, golf, windsurfing, sailing, water skiing, diving, horse riding, walking or explore the beautiful countryside by bike.

Punta de Vistalegre is a holidays villa with pool and sea views in Mallorca, which can accommodate up to 6 persons, in one double and two twin rooms. It is situated 60 km far away from the airport and Palma de Mallorca, in a quiet spot near the town of Porto Cristo and the beaches of Cala Anguila, Cala Mendia and S´Estany d´en Mas.

In the house there is a computer with a WIFI Internet connection, and in summer our guest enjoy a seasonal vegetables garden.

SWIMMING POOL AND GROUNDS

The swimming pool is located at the front of the house. It is surrounded by large shaded patios and is an ideal place to relax with no sounds except for those of mother nature for company. This is transformed into a celestial vault at nightfall and is perfect for observing the star-filled sky.

The swimming pool covers a surface area of 32 m2 and has a depth which ranges from 0.90m to 1.80m.

There is a built in barbecue on the terrace in front of the swimming pool.

BEDROOMS

The main bedroom is on the ground floor and is accessed from the dining room. It has a double bed, a window set in the facade of the building, and the original stones used in the construction of the buildings walls are uncovered.

There are two more bedrooms upstairs. These have spectacular views over the countryside and onto the sea. They both have two beds, but one has a bed situated on a raised platform at over 2 metres from the floor, which is bound to prove exciting for young children.

DINING ROOM

The main entrance to the house leads straight into the dining room, from which the rest of the rooms can be accessed. There are two entrances, the main entrance and another door which is next to the kitchen and which leads on to the patio in front of the swimming pool. This patio was originally used for drying out the figs collected from the trees belonging to the house during summer.

LIVING ROOM

The living room is a large room with 4 windows that offer views over the countryside to the mountains and sea in the distance. It is upstairs and is reached directly from the staircase which leads up from the dining room.

There is here a TV connected to Astra satellite channels, and an Internet connection with WIFI for keeping in touch with the outside world.

KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY

The kitchen covers an area of 13.45 m2 and is next to the dining room on the ground floor. It is well equipped for cooking, and contains the following items:

Complete crockery and cutlery sets for 12 people.
Dishwasher
Cooking rings with a ceramic glass plate
Electric oven
Microwave oven
Toaster
Fridge-freezer
Coffee-pot
Kettle

The laundry room is on the ground floor and can be accessed from the inside or exterior of the house, it has a washing machine and an iron. We provide washing materials.

BATHROOMS

There are two bathrooms in the house. The first, which is on the ground floor, is accessed from the dining room and is next to the main bedroom. The other one is upstairs, next to the two upstairs bedrooms. Both have windows at the rear of the building.
