Playa de Palma Majorca

The resort of Playa de Palma is one of Majorca's most popular destinations for holiday visitors. Quick to get to as transfer time from Son Sant Joan International airport takes about half an hour, the resort is only around 10km from the islands capital Palma. There is an impressive 6km long stretch of blue flag beach which shelves gently into the sea and is backed by a pedestrian promenade, If you get tired of walking you can always hop on the mini train which runs its length.

Playa de Palma has plenty of lively bars and clubs and a good range of restaurants to suit all tastes. When the sun goes down the resort really comes to life and is more suited for those who want to dance until dawn rather than visitors who want a quiet relaxed holiday.
